Residence of Mr. Ehrismann designed by Mr. Antonin Raymond (assistant of Frank Lloyd Wright) was built in 1925 at 127 Yamate. It was relocated to the present location in 1990 to make way for a condominum. Mr. Ehrismann a Swiss merchant was manager of the largest silk trading company Siber Hegner Holdings in Yokohama before the World War II.
