The Kanagawa Bungaku Shinkokai Zaidan Hojin constructed this building in 1984 and contains novels, manuscripts, letters and collective information on notable novelists such as, Natsume Sohseki, Osaragi Jiro, Akutagawa Ryunosuke, Kawabata Yasunari, Tanizaki Junichiro and Mishima Yukio.
